If you encounter problems during the on-line payment process, please send us an e-mail at info@vetdentce.com and describe the situation. Please provide as much detail as possible. You can alternatively mail your payment by check along with the registration form.

CE Credit Hours:
Please note that each jurisdiction has their own CE credit value system and may have session hourly limits. Values listed on this website may not be the same value in all jurisdictions.Some jurisdictions place limits on hours accepted for certain types of CE programs, therefore, be sure to check with your state licensing board.

Refund Policy:
If you find that you are unable to attend/participate in a course, your registration is transferable to a coworker upon written notice, or, a credit may be issued for use at a future date, to be used within 2 years. Due to the high costs associated with scheduling seminars, no refunds will be granted within 14 days prior to the event. Written requests received before 2 weeks prior to the course will be refunded less a $25 processing fee. No refunds or credits issued for “no shows”.

Cancellation Policy:
VetDent CE Associates reserves the right to revise program presentations, or to cancel programs if registration criteria are not met. A course may be cancelled if conditions occur beyond their control, resulting in a limited liability of a full refund of registration fees only. If such a situation occurs, VetDent CE Associates is not responsible for reimbursement of registrant’s travel or lodging expenses.
