Bonnie Miller, RDH, BS is the staff Registered Dental Hygienist at the Ryan Veterinary Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
Jodi Kristel, CVT, VTS (Dentistry) is the staff Certified Veterinary Technician Specialist in Dentistry at the Ryan Veterinary Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES: This course will provide the clinician with the foundations to enhance the thoroughness of their dental procedures. Course participants will gain an understanding of the details and step-by step methods of performing an oral exam, charting, scaling and polishing.

REFUND POLICY: If you find that you are unable to attend a course, your registration is transferable to a coworker upon written notice, or, a credit may be issued for use at a future date, to be used within 2 years. Due to the high costs associated with scheduling seminars, no refunds will be granted within 21 days prior to this event. Written requests received before 3 weeks prior to the course will be refunded less a $25 processing fee. No refunds or credits issued for “no shows”.
CANCELLATION POLICY: VetDent CE Associates reserves the right to revise program presentations, or to cancel programs if registration criteria are not met. A course may be cancelled if conditions occur beyond their control, resulting in a limited liability of a full refund of registration fees only. If such a situation occurs, VetDent CE Associates is not responsible for reimbursement of registrant’s travel or lodging expenses.
